GEM Employee awarded Site of the year for North Carolina elderly properties
Join us in congratulating, Tammy Narron of Robinwood Apartments in Wendell, NC, an 84-unit elderly property. Tammy is the recipient of North Carolina’s Elderly Property Site Manager of the Year awarded by the USDA Rural Development state office. She was honored at Carolinas Council For Affordable Housing annual meeting award luncheon in Myrtle Beach, SC recently.
For those of you whom have the fortune of knowing Tammy, you know she is a well deserving recipient of this prestigious award. Below are excerpts from her nomination:

Things to know about Tammy: She assists her Senior Property Manager with the training of new site managers; She receives Superior reviews on her RD inspections; She maintains an occupancy of 100%; and last but not least offers the most robust supportive services program for her residents.
